This online store is exclusively for Menumiz POS users and not available to public. Should you wish to buy from Menumiz store, you must first register an account with Menumiz POS system as a foodservice outlet.
NOTE: Menumiz reserves the right to refuse accepting and delivering orders should the buyer is not a foodservice outlet.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order or proposing similar product replacement.
We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious or unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If you do not agree to the revised price, order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to you in full amount.
MENUMIZ reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time.

Order Cancellation Policy

In the event customer has placed order and the item is out of stock or EOL (end of life), we will inform you the estimate time of arrival, suggest you to consider other similar model/brand or cancel and refund to you.
Once customer order cancellation is approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to MENUMIZ (email@example.com) to process the refund. Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days

Hardware Items sold by Menumiz at sotre.menumiz.com are non-refundable, non exchangeable.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you have given us consent to collect it. After a purchase is made, we may send you emails periodically about our store, new products, latest promotions and other updates.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MENUMIZ will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you where a credit card or Debit card or Bank account or any mode of payment or Gift Card or Vouchers is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
1. Missing Invoice
In the event that we miss out your physical invoice. Please email to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days after receiving your parcel. So that, we will email you a softcopy free of charge (1 time only). Please note that after 7 days, you will not be entitled for free re-print of invoice
2. Re-Print of Invoice (Softcopy)
Kindly email us (email@example.com) first before paying for the reprint of MENUMIZ Invoice, so that we can provide you with reprint instructions. Before proceeding to request for reprint, kindly ensure that the item is purchased from MENUMIZ. Please note that a processing fee of RM5 will be charged and no refund will be given after the reprint.
Forfeit of Order
Self pick-up order must be collected within 30 days from the purchase date. Failure to collect the order within the 30 days timeframe will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.
Installation of Hardware
No installation services provided is unless stated in the product description.
Menumiz shall not warranty items sold at this store independently . Warranty for the goods sold by Menumiz shall remain the manufacturer or supplier default warranty.
Online Voucher Code
Online voucher code is valid for online usage online and valid while stock last.
MENUMIZ reserves the right to alter, cancel, extend, terminate or suspend the redeemed voucher code or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and condition from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
This agreement is digitally signed and deemed accepted by you upon selecting the check box when ordering or registering for our services.
